Pasture Dash
Race Overview
The Pasture Dash is a multi-discipline race through the town of Gay, Georgia and surrounding rural pastures. The race will include a 0.6 mile swim, a 5 mile bike ride, and a 6 mile run. Think tough mudder meets spartan race… The race starts with a 5 mile bike that will begin on a paved road and then descend into a dirtroad. The bike drop is located on the dirt road. And no need to worry about picking your bikes up after the race, we will personally bring back everyone’s bike. Once you drop off your bike, you will run to the swim portion, which takes place in The Flint River. You will then swim a total 0.5 mile with our Head of Safety in a boat, making sure of everyone’s safety. Once you exit theswimming portion, there will be a changing station to put on dry shoes. You will then continue the race on foot. The running portion begins in a field of beautiful grass and continues for two miles until you reach the hay bales, and then the army crawl is immediately after. Once you finish the army crawl, you will run 3.5 miles directly to the finish line. Those last few miles will include a shady and scenic run with beautiful views. You then will end back at our Brewery tocomplete your race.
